GENiSYSS was formed in 2009. In the beginning, the founders began the long process of identifying a viable technology for personal DNA preservation – something that would preserve DNA at room temperature for a very long time. The goal from the beginning has been to develop and patent a device using that technology that would enable a person to store both a DNA sample and data. This vision laid the groundwork for a significant organization that now involves multiple companies, industry leaders and industry leading technology.
